Whenever a desk and associated resources are booked, Resource Central generates emails to the relevant desk administration staff and any other related service providers, such as cleaning and reception staff.
Desk resource managers can view all bookings for each day, week or month. Resource Central also enables usage reporting showing how desk facilities are being utilised.
