Hot Desks

Resource Central gives staff a very familiar and easy-to-use Outlook interface via which they can:

  • List and book available hot desks
  • Order related services & facilities such as parking
  • View location & floor layout information

Outlook Integration

A ‘Resource Finder’ button integrated into the Outlook toolbar allows users to view available hot desk resources. 

The user can select to show their default location first, and navigate available rooms location by location.  

Desk availability, including start and end time, can be viewed by day, week or month and is selected via an Outlook calendar.

When a desk has been reserved, all facilities and services associated with the desk can be ordered via a form which, again, can be tailored as required, using photographs or icons to represent equipment etc.
