Resource Central gives staff a very familiar and easy-to-use Outlook interface via which they can:

  • List and book available conference rooms
  • Order catering and other services such as seating layouts and AV equipment
  • Register and print badges for external guests

End User's View

A ‘Resource Finder’ button integrated into the Outlook toolbar allows users to view available meeting room resources. 

The user can select to show their default location first, and navigate available rooms location by location.  

Room availability, including start and end time, can be viewed by day and is selected via an Outlook calendar. The availability of co-workers can be viewed ‘side by side’ with room resources, making it easy to establish the optimum meeting date and room.

Room details and all asociated options for that room can be tailored as required for your organisation with photographs, details of seating layouts, capacity, key contacts etc.

When a room has been reserved, all facilities and services associated with the room can be ordered via a form which, again, can be tailored as required, using photographs or icons to represent equipment etc.

Catering options can be presented as picking lists with prices, with the ability to automatically calculate charges.
