Screens placed outside meeting rooms can be used to show what meeting is in progress (subject to security settings), when it is due to end and any future bookings on the same day.
If a room is free (or the person that booked it hasn't arrived within an alloted time-frame), instant 'walk by' bookings can be made via the same touch screen and any bookings are immediately reflected in Outlook.
Overview screens can also be placed at reception to clearly show the location of the room or hot desks across multiple floors or buildings. Staff can also get a view of all available desks and meeting rooms that are bookable within the organisation.
The same screens can be used to display information for both staff and visitors, such as floor-plans, fire procedures, travel information, reception messages and more.
When staff arrive at or vacate meeting rooms or desks, you can use Resource Monitor to enforce a check-in/check-out procedure.
