Resource Central supports various solutions to display visitor and meeting information on digital signs and monitors including the support of Modulex signs and QED ResourceXpress.

Digital Signs

Through a simple selection in the room booking process, meeting information can be sent directly to digital signs or monitors in the reception area or wherever deemed appropriate, such as outside individual meeting rooms.

Guests can be provided with meeting information from the welcome screen in the reception area, and depending on your chosen sign technology, can even make a room booking or extend a room booking via a touch screen interface.
